The Chrysalis LEAP Accelerator

The Chrysalis LEAP Accelerator is a one-stop shop for anything a startup could need in order to launch, manage, and grow their business. From funding to expert training, coaching and mentoring according to their maturity level, the Chrysalis LEAP Accelerator is the bridge between an idea and a successful business.

By entering the Chrysalis LEAP Accelerator, participants also gain access to an extensive network of collaborators and partners that can help further develop their start-up.

Depending on the stage of development of your idea and your specific requirements, you can receive up to €5.000.

Following an assessment of all applications, eligible candidates will be invited to pitch their start-up in front of a jury that will comprise individuals from Cyprus and abroad with extensive knowledge and experience on entrepreneurial topics.

There’s no restriction on the area of business eligible to apply. Business fields could include but not limited to: (AI, Big Data, CleanTech, Cloud Computing, Commerce- E-Commerce, CyberSecurity, Digital Transformation, FinTech, Health/HealthTech, Mobility, Robotics, Semiconductor, VR/AR/MR, etc). 

Application Deadline: 7th of April 2024

Please note that all start-ups who enter in the ideation phase are required to be formally incorporated businesses by the time the programme ends (30/11/2024)
 

Further details on eligibility:

  1. Start-ups with a minimum of two members or two people working on a concept/project. 
  2. Start-ups focused on a new technology or service with high potential for commercial viability.
  3. Start-ups that are not incorporated are eligible only under the condition that the will be incorporated by the end of the programme (30/11/2024)
  4. For incorporated start-ups, participation in the programme is only possible if they have not been incorporated for more than 3 years by the time the programme launches.

Other important points:

  1. Core value proposition can be based on digital as well as non-digital solutions.
  2. The team/start-up should be committed to participate in the programme activities. 
  3. The team/start-up is expected to work in an English-speaking environment.
