This is why we do what we do.
ClimateLaunchpad 2015 is Europe’s biggest business ideas competition in Cleantech. The competition constitutes part of the programme Climate-KIC, the European Union’s largest public-private innovation partnership focused on climate change. The ten best entries from each country had the unique opportunity to take part in a two-day “boot camp”, and are currently being coached through a series of sessions that prepare them for the National Final on July 27th in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Each country’s three finalists will participate in the European final which will be held in Amsterdam in September. The ten teams selected at the final will gain access to Climate-KIC accelerator, the “entrepreneurship school” which focuses on developing and marketing clean tech start-ups, offering valuable support during implementation.
The winner of the European final will receive a monetary prize of €10,000, while the two runners-up will win monetary prizes of €5,000 and €2,500, respectively.
