ClimateLaunchpad 2016
By 2016, ClimateLaunchpad grows even more, with 32 countries participating. With additional sponsors on board, namely, Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement, George Z Georgiou and Associates LLC and Celestyal Cruises, Chrysalis LEAP ran the competition in both Greece and Cyprus, having selected 20 teams from a pool of 80+ applications. 2 boot camps, 12 coaching sessions and 2 national finals later, 6 teams were selected to partake in the European Finals in Estonia.
A very successful year for Chrysalis LEAP as two of its teams, one from Greece and one from Cyprus made it to the top 10 best start-ups in Europe giving them direct access to the Climate-KIC accelerator and further funding.
